Worst service

Cable theft, and requiring a refund for the month of April and reconnection fees to be reversed since April 2021. No one is willing to listen or help. IVR gives one amount and statement another. No one is wanting to rectify their mess. I must just pay. I am asking for the line fee or R200 for April to be credited as we did not have a line and the reconnection fees waiver Ed as it was never done!!!! Not get snotty remarks from the damn agents!!!
