Worst service

I went to telkom alberton city to do a sim swap on the 3rd of April 2025. A lady assisted me and made me aware that their system is slow and my new e-sim may take time to activate. 24 hrs later, the sim had NOT activated, i went back to notify them and ask for assistance. I got there and was served by a lady called Rendani Maboho. I told her my story and she asked who was serving me the previous day, i described the lady and with a huge attitude said the lady was not in, and i must come on sunday (2 days later) if i wanted help. I explained that i cant do that. After a lengthy back and forth, of her insisting my phone is dead, despite my countless objections… She then said i can do ANOTHER sim swap instead which i would be charged for. I did not mind. She then went to the back and came out with her manager, who insisted that the previous sim swap had been done correctly, despite my phone clearly not connecting to any network. Mind you at this point, i was the center of attention, the manager and Rendani saying the sim works… despite them literally holding my phone in their hands and seeing that it was NOT connected to any network. I then asked for the manager’s name with the clear intention of reporting her to her seniors and she turned, threw her hands at me, and said “you cant tell me anything, i have been doing this for 20 years, charge him 100 rand for the sim swap”…. After which she walked away, and i was left embarrased. I exaplained AGAIN that the person who had helped me the previous day said their system was slow and i think something must have gone wrong. Rendani then said, “go to the apple store and have your device fixed…” again, this is despite me explaining that nothing is wrong with the device… THE LADY WHO HELPED ME THE PREVIOUS DAY SAID YOUR SYSTEM IS SLOW AND I THINK SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON YOUR SIDE…. She then reluctantly did another sim swap and the sim worked. Mind you, the previous day when i initially came to enquire about the requirements for doing a sim swap.. Rendani also said, 100 rand, I am NOT on contract with telkom, i use prepaid
