worst service

my account was just disconnected without any communication with me, the debit order went through with a higher amount, no arrangements whats so ever. been disconnected for over a week and have been calling the call centre everyday talking on the phone for hours but still no assistance. this is just sooo unacceptable, this is nonsense of the company because the branch at centurion mall next to game store have the employees that are just so unprofessional
