Worst Service

They actually deserve 0 star. I’ve settled my Account with them and they told me I’m going to forfeit the remaining months and I told them it’s fine as I’m done with them. Now they are threatening me with legal action and that they are going to list me as I owe them R52, how do I owe them while I paid in advance and settled my Account with them and I told them I want that Account be closed even after they told me I’ll forfeit the remaining balance. I’m now being bombarded with calls and emails demanding R52.
