Worst service

Worst service ever. I called Telkom to report my Wi-Fi internet not connecting. This is after I asked for a call back and no one bothered to call me back. I called them back and they gave me a reference number and told me a technician will be coming out. I am still waiting for the technician to call me and check the issues. Its been a week without the internet. Come month end they will be taking full premium but they so *********** and inconsiderate. Why render a service if you cant service the client accordingly.
