Worst Service

Bad Service, I paid my contract to NUdept on the 26th of January, forward proof of payment to them and Telkom ever since then my account is still reflecting as unpaid today, what is even worst my line is suspended!!!!after numerous follow ups with telkom it is still not resolved. Worst yet my credit score is suffering because of this incompetence.
