Worst service !

This is the worst service I have add in any account I have ever had with a service provider! Money gets deducted off my account which is double among amounts and incorrect statements are emailed to me with double the debit order and every time I call to get feedback and try and resolve this issue- the consultant has different feedback every time! I cannot deal with this unprofessional treatment and service and I need someone to contact me from Telkom and sort this out ASAP!
