Worst Service!!!!!

I have been on the line with Telkom and still on the line for the past hour... Yulanda Tshabalala dropped the call on me, Sibongile Ubisi in her ****y voice just asked me for my personal details to log into my Account!!!! What nonsense is this, where is the POPIA in all this BS.... im still holding for the Manager who is a so Called JR Peterson, i dont work for Telkom, i work for a separate Company, i cant be on the line for over an whole flippen hour just to resolve things with them.... Get your act together Telkom and start giving the service that we pay for!!!!!! My issue is still not resolved.....
