Worst service

I have never delt with *********** people like this and for heaven sake am paying for the services.I have 3 contracts with Telkom haven't had coverage for 4 months now but thats a topic for another day because it seems like it won't be resolved.. My main problem is I took contract some time last year on this ********** 623 number, however they "upgraded "contract without my knowledge.. Am not even getting anything extra or less than the initial contract I took. When I call them they say they can't check when did I take the initial contract, what kind of stupid system are they using. Furthermore from my knowledge you can only upgrade a contract after 22 months but how is it possible that I took this one last year and now in January it was upgraded and am really being taken for a ride here because they are prolonging my contract. I really regret taking the contract from Telkom had issues from day one.. I can't even cancel the contract because they are telling me about panalities. Am really annoyed with the type of service am getting..
