WORST SERVICE

I've really had the worst experience with Telkom. I think they have too many clients already and couldn't care less about losing 1 or 2 others. I received a sms just yesterday to say that I need to pay R700 deposit then my wifi will be installed. I made the payment and call them to find out my order was cancelled and needs to be redone. All this after I've been waiting 2WEEKS just for a response from them!!!
