Worst Service

<p>I was running the Month of July on a 20MB line with no issue, did not even log any calls for issues. Since yesterday the 02/08/2017 I noticed my sync speed is down to a 10MB line even my router and my backup router shows the max sync speed from the exhange as Max Rate(kbps) 20660. My profile at Afrihost is still at 20MB and not 10MB.</p> <p>When I querried Afrihost they say for some reason my line at Telkom is now on a 10MB port, but why is my router showing Max Rate(kbps) 20660? I phoned Telkom and they say I was never on a 20MB line, I have the test results to prove it and I also would not have complained if it was not so. Now I`m stuck and no one can tell me what is going on. Al that Telkom is saying is that my port is 10MB so what did they change my line onto another port from 20MB to 10MB. Please can someone at Telkom just explain to me or assist me please to get my 20MB line back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jacques</p>
