worst service
I had a landline and ADSL router installed at my home. Since I had this done I constantly have been having problems with my router, the internet and wifi keeps dropping. After numerous calls to telecom to get this sorted, its still not working. I am tired of phoning them and logging faults yet it never gets fixed. Worst service i have ever seen but they are quick to want your money yet they dont provide you with the service you are paying for

03 Jan 2018, 12:08After multiple fault reports and multiple consultants coming out the problem still persists. The last consultant actually told me that my router was broken so I went to buy a new router. Had no problem for almost 2 weeks and then guess what, the same problem happened again. The number is ***
