Worst service

<p>Upgraded from a 2mbps line to a 4mbps line. Existing line was cut causing no internet access. Waiting for over a week now each day getting a different story each time getting a different date when the line will be back on. Atleast for the past 4 days the storing stays on the technitians are busy they need to change ports. Hard to see how it could take this long each person spoken to is of less use. On the order status nothing changes logging into the account its simply blank</p>
