Worst Service

<p>I have never in my life received such bad customer service and from 2 different people 2 different days. Telkom staff is nit at all helpful, they did not care about me as a consumer at all, no empathy whatsoever. I have sent an email to complain, but they dont even bother to reply to that mail. I regret ever taking out a contract with Telkom Mobile. Their network coverage might be good but it is overshadowed by their useless staff.</p> <p> </p>
