Worst Service

<p>I have a contract phone which on the 7th of April stopped working and I called them to report this and was told to take it to their shop which is 200 Kms away from me. I refused and was told the manager will call me to confirm courier collection. No call and each time I follow up in have to start my story over as no notes are written on my profile. I am without a phone and it's sitting here not being collected the call center agents keep sending me from pillar to post. I am so annoyed by the level of incompetence I'm receiving!!!</p>
