Worst Service
I have waited for two weeks, to be told that my order was not processed successfully and i couldnt speak to a manager. There's a lack of honesty with the consultants , with one putting me on hold for a hour and not even bothered to call back to give me feedback. I have called telkom everyday for the last 4 days, with absolutely no resolve. I m hoping that because i've taken my enquiry to Hellopeter, i met get some sort resolution.
