Worst service

<p>Im having a Telkom uncapped internet plan that is not working with the weekender phone, the line has been off since yesterday I can't call them from the land line or use the internet because it is not working, they promised me they will replace the line 4+ months ago and till date no one came to replace the line, im complaining and want to cancel my line with telkom because of the poor service im getting, im using my own data and month end they still want me to pay for the months service they gave me that wasn't working or they suspended my line for not paying! Please assist me with atleast getting service from telkom to fix this problem! </p>
