Worst service

I wanted to get a huawei tablet I had all the papers to apply, Mind you this is a 3 rd attempt as the 1st attempt Nikki said the Application was successful but the system was hanging and she couldnt give me the device and she would escalate and let me know with the results no responce from her and Telkoms helloper complaints resolution team had to reapply on line was told the information is not correct today this lady says my credit score is low as if I really I cant afford to meet the R99 for the device and lady didnt even give a ****s ass just said you have been declined and got chatting wuth her collegues no explaination nothing just like that the madness and rudeness is overwhelming and shocking! TELKOM your services and staff are appaulling! and why is it they dont wear name tags eMaponya mall and dont even tell customers their names
