Worst Service

The worst service I’ve received from Telkom , I have been struggle with network for the past two weeks and I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called their call center last night and I got more frustrated with the service I got , spoke to about four agents, Nare and Puseletso hung up on my ear. I doubt these agents under the meaning of customer service. It’s so funny because every month Telkom expect payment yet we get a *** service. I’m so disgruntled and it’s time I check other service providers..
