Worst service!!!!!

telkom has the worst service ever!!! I was due for an upgrade in december 2023.did the upgrade 13th december.i never heard any correspondence from them till i decided to cancel my contract on the online portal.To my surprise received a call on the 16th of January 2023 from the delivery, delivery same phones a month later that i canceled.I requested him to take them back to telkom and did not sign any paper work .immediately i called telkom to tell them about the situation and was told to wait 72 hours and call again after the phones haven been returned to the warehouse.Till today i have been calling trying to resolve this i have more than 10 cases opened with no positive results.they keep on billing me for cellphone that they can see on their system that it's with them.they have negatively impact my credit score and my other sim cards i paying for have been blocked because of this.
