Worst Sales & Technical Service EVER received!!!

<p>I don't know where to start and really don't feel like repeating myself for the hundreth time (I have to explain my story almost daily).</p> <p> </p> <p>In a nutshell, about 3 months ago I ordered a landline which was installed.</p> <p>I think it has worked twice, I also ordered an ADSL line which is still not working or installed or whatever the status is as everytime I call I get a different pathetic excuse. Just to note that I only placed the order once they confirmed there is a port available, apparently now there isn't, then there was, then there was but it waas a faulty and then back to no port available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken to 3 managers, I have had 3 escalations and to date no one has bothered to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre is useless and I dont understand how a telecommubications company are able to transfer you to the wrong department yet they can't transfer you back to the right department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate a call from a competent person as a matter of urgency!</p>
