worst sales employees

telkom sales is the most useless unprofessional contact centre iv ever delt with. i tried to request a preorder on their website i was than contacted by someone who advised she cannot assist me to upgrade my line with a device she can only assist me with a new application she advised i should contact the upgrades department or go inside of a telkom store. i drove more then 47km to get to a telkom store and was then advised it needs to be done telephonically, i then called back and requested assistance i was advised the application tracking team cant assist and transferred me to the sales line . i spoke to a roxanne pillay who is the most *********** employee ever and was extremely rude , she dropped the line on me when i demanded i speak to her supervisor. claiming she cannot transfer me to the supervisor and that i send an email to 10213@telkom and an agent will get back to me ! what disgusting service to receive from a company as large as telkom, please do send your employees on training to learn the etiquette of talking to clients!
