Worst sales call center service

Worst call center service! Do your Team leaders even have phones to call clients back? What really happens when a problem is "Escalated?" No one can give me answers. It is a mystery! I even complained to the complaints department 5 times and still no response. They just respond saying they will respond :(

It has been more than a week and they cant even complete my order. Been trying for 10 day now to gel my line to be put into service so I can apply for ADSL. Have called every 3 days just to be told i must wait another 48 hours.
