Worst Sales & after Sales Service ever

I have recently app**** online for a cellphone contract with Telkom and have received the worst ever service possible. I was called on the 23/03/2018 and after 3 rings the call was dropped with no attempts made to make contact with me again. I subsequently reapp**** and then received a call on the 26/03/2018 and my application was completed and approved according to the consultant. I found it strange that I did not receive an SMS or email confirmation of the application. The next day I tried to make contact with the sales department to follow up on my application. Their consultants were dismissive of my requests. I have (to date) received no confirmation that my contract application has been successfully processed. Im was not asking(at the time) for a delivery date but merely a confirmation and a sense of ease that my application is processed. after all the wasted time, I'm expecting speedy service with even speedier delivery.

This is not the only time i have received poor service from Telkom in a 6 month period but i gave them the benefit of the doubt which clear was a mistake on my part. When i app**** for my MiFi router in November 2016, not only was it not delivered on the date communicated to me, it was sent to a different province.

I hope to recieve a call to resolve this ASAP
