Worst Provider Ever #TELKOM!

After 1 month of being a customer, I decided that the data deal was not working out for me as its too little. I called and asked them to cancel. Them wanting to not lose a customer asked if they could put me on another plan and I agreed because I needed the router. To put me on the lowest plan. From there it just went downhill. What they did instead was bill me for the router, without me even agreeing to this. They billed me for the remainder of the 22 months that I am still in contract. And sent me a massive bill I logged a dispute, a complaint and as well as a cancellation. But still no response from anyone. Sick and tired of Telkom wanting to rob people of their minimum wage!!!
