Worst provider ever !!!!!

I am absolutely fuming with Telkom right now 😡 Firstly, it is nearly impossible to get hold of an actual person at Telkom! I have been trying to cancel my contract, but instead of assisting me, Telkom is deducting MORE than double what they are supposed to! This month you took almost R700 when my line is only R100. What on earth is going on? This contract is finished cancel it immediately! On top of that, I’ve spent over 20 minutes on the phone trying to reach a consultant and wasted R100 worth of airtime just to sit on hold. I demand: 1. Immediate cancellation of this contract. 2. A full reimbur*****t of the incorrect deductions. 3. Compensation for the airtime I’ve had to spend trying to fix YOUR mistake. Telkom is by far the WORST service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Fix this urgently!
