<p>so now after many months still no resolution with regards to my connection issues at my home Ibhsve purchased another providers starter pack so all I ask is this release my cellphone number without any charge as you have caused me much inconvenience time money and effort already so that's the least you can do I will continue to pay my contract I just don't want to use your network </p>
