Worst product and customer service ever

Worst customer service ever,I Took a router and Data sim card from Telkom.I have had this simcard for 3 weeks and still not activated. When ever I call them they send me to branches which are always offline when ever they are online they refer me back to their customer service, customer service will send me to different department that department will send me back to customer service its like their staff doesn't know what their doing. After they sell you a product they don't care if its working or not they will give a run around with no solution.I will never ever take any product with Telkom again
