Worst Possible Service ever Received

I am currently going through the most horrible experience with Telkom. Countless reference numbers, many emails, calls and everything in between, still no help. The branch is Canal Walk, the service person was Samir Khan, I have not experienced anything worse before. A whole 9 months of trying to get Telkom to resolve their own fault, still no help received.
