worst possible service ever

Telkom outlet at gateway has the worst possible customer service and the attitude of staff is pathetic. Have been trying to get a router n mobile for past 5 weeks with fail with staff not processing documentation. Upon seeking help on visit to store because no one answers the store fone or replies to emails. A local south african black man who works there named siswe or sihle. Who we have a picture of. Was utmost rude in assisting saying to me he will not help us when requested for higher management he said thy are not available and he wnt call anyone and ignored us. Arrangant and ****** behaviour. Wen asked to be helped by the lady whom helped us a few days ago she said she is off duty. The black guy laffed.
