Worst possible service delivery ever

Worst services ever, I ordered ADSL uncap internet, sales agent told me my area is covered... Waited 4 weeks just to be told by another agent "there is cable theft in my area and Telkom won't be fixing it" really? After telling my area is covered!? Wasted my time and effort no wonder your business is losing clients. I will never ever do business Telkom again, i will encourage others to stay away from Telkom...
