WORST POSSIBLE NETWORK PROVIDER -

<p>It has been a horrifying 1 month and 2 weeks so far with Telkom. Still no positive feedback on my query and the query has not been resolved. Everytime they call it is of no benefit or a positive related call. I cant understand why this problem is taking so long to be resolved. The consultants that call me dont even know of the promotion that Telkom had in April 2016 on the 10gig + 5gig night data with the Hawei table with 5gig + 5gig night. My account has been debted at the end of May 2016 and still I only received 5gig + 5gig night and on the Hawei tablet 500mb. I am so disgusted with the service and in fact you are *****ing from customers by not giving me for what I have paid for. My contract was taken at Telkom Chatsworth Branch and all they say when I call is that its showing has a technical error on the system and that they are unable to help in anyway, it has to be sorted by Telkom's side. "WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN" Dont you work for Telkom?. The Managers a Telkom is of no help also, they also dont know what's going on, always saying they have lodged case and thats it.. I WANT TO HAVE THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED OR IF THIS IS NOT SORTED ASAP I WILL BE PUTTING A STOP ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT. IF YOU STILL CONTINUE TO BILL ME I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAND THIS MATTER TO MY LEGAL OFFICES WITH TELKOM TO BEAR THE COSTS.</p> <p> </p> <p>TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER.</p> <p> </p>
