Worst possible mobile network provider!

Worst possible mobile network provider! I purchased 3 gigs data on 25 May 2019 of which I received 3 give night surfer. I'm on Wi-Fi Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00 - 17:00. I usually do my cell phone updates and downloads between 00:00 - 07-00. I recently found out that my night surfer does not work. I've been utilizing my data during the hours of 00:00 - 07:00. One of the agents put the phone down in my ear. I spoke to 5 different agents all of which had a different story to tell and none resolving the issue. I want a refund on my money or a refund on my data as this is unacceptable and disgusting customer service!
