WORST PORTING NETWORK TO PORT TO EVER!

i am highly ****ed off with telkom mobile, as i ported in form vodacom on 14/11/2017 , received the sms from vodacom that the port was succesfull , this past week been calling telkom and going into their stores, where they where of no use, as they advised i must just wait, the port went through and i will have my numbers back shorlty

today i called again and was advised my number ********** was given to Thabo, ( who is thabo) last time i checked that was not my name

i need this matter resolved today still, a whole bleddie week and still no assistance received and i am in urgent need of my number back,
