Worst Online service provider

Placed online order 9 Oct. No communication about my order. Called the call Centre 20 Oct, only to be told my order was not captured yet, but my account was debited. Called again 21 Oct, order has still not be captured but was escalated. I was then asked to wait till Friday 23 Oct for se feedback.

Seriously pathetic service. Once again a conglomerate company doing as they please with no sla's nor any repercussions from a governing body.
