Worst online service from telkom

Hi. So ive taken out a contract online on the mate 20 pro on the 8th of November. My first payment went of on the 10th on a Saturday morning. They told me i will get my phone within 5 to 7 working days or about 2 days after my first payment went of. Its now the 23rd and i havnt heard anything from them so far. I went to telkom and all they said is that i must wait. Worst online experience for me so far.
