Worst online service

I have ordered a phone through Telkom Mobile's online service. It was easy enough and i got approved and money was deducted from my account. They informed me my phone will be delivered within 7 working days. They dealt with Courier - It to deliver my phone. I got a tracking number from the courier service and was informed that the phone was returned to Telkom as they had not sent through proper documents to release it. I called Telkom and they gave the run around for days. Each agent i spoke to gave me different answers. Some even stated my phone will be delivered the next day. An agent informed me that she escalated to a mobile manager who would contact me- no contact yet. Its now been two weeks and i paid money for something i dont even have. The company is totally unproffesional and completely dishonest. No effort was made to inform me of any errors in the process, instead they fed me lies and false promises. Do not deal with telkom mobile. It is a waster of time and money.
