Worst of them all. Run away from telkom

Don't fall for their trap like I did. Worst service ever. On the 25th they were supposed to debit they didn't debit, now they've added a rejection fee. On the 27th they sent a payment link, I used the link to pay, still on top of that they went on to debit on the 1st of this month. Now I can't pay some of my policies. All of their agents are unable to assist, telling me theres nothing they can do like its my fault, I've had it with telkom I'm canceling my contract with them, Unbelievable.
