Worst of the worst ever!!!!!!!!!

If I could have given a -5 I would have. What a disgrace. We moved from Centurion to Hartbee****rt and were told that Telkom cannot provide the wireless service to us in our area. We cancelled our contract, but Telkom kept debiting our account. We've sent an email requesting cancellation, without any feedback. Again Telkom just keeps on debiting our account and does not cancel our contract. When we call the Customer Services department we are told that they cannot help us. Worst of the worst service ever.
