Worst of the worst.

Visited Telkom Langeberg branch in March to get the Samsung A71 as advertised in their catalogue. Got there and they said it is phased out due to the A72 coming out next month. I went there at the start of April to get the A72 and they had no stock (new release but no stock????). They told me I'll have to wait a week for them to get it and I said it's fine. After 2 weeks they phoned me to tell me they don't have stock of the phone and they won't be getting stock. Pathetic isn't even the correct word to describe my experience. Sadly this is a Telkom issue and not the branch itself. I'm so frustrated. Had to travel 200km's(100km on separate occasions) as I don't live in Mosselbay.
