Worst nightmare! When Telkom meets Bradian Logistics Solutions

It's really sickening that in 2018 we still have to deal with such companies/people. I have never experienced people who do not care about their clients such as Bradian Logistics Solutions. At this point, I just want my cell phone and money back, and I'm not even sure if I'll get them within the 7 working days that they promised. I regret taking my phone back to Telkom for changing my screen, had I known that Telkom would take my phone to Bradian and I'd end up where I am today, I seriously would have rather taken my phone elsewhere. These people at Bradian logistics have had my phone since July 2018. When I called to find out when I'll be getting it back from repairs last week, they said it had just been booked into repairs (where has it been since they took it?). Today I call again to follow up on progress and was told that I rejected the previous quotation (which I paid fully from the onset R1380), and now there's a new quote which is R18.30 (eighteen rand and thirty cents) more than what I have already paid. Thus, there is a balance of R18.30 which I should first pay in order for the phone to be fixed. After waiting 3 months for my phone, I now don't want anything to do with Bradian Logistics Solutions. Telkom customers, if your phone breaks and you take it back to Telkom, find out first where they are taking it for repairs, if it's Bradian Logistics, rather opt for another service provider. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PHONE BACK!! Telkom, if you want your loyal customers to keep supporting and your business to grow, I'd advise that you terminate the contract with Bradian. These people even ignore calls when we're calling from the Telkom store itself, I don't even know why Telkom is still giving them business. This is how you go down the drain!
