Worst nightmare to have a contract with Telkom

Had a contract with Telkom and paid all outstanding payments they requested for cNcellatuon fee paid it and requested a cancelation letter which was granted under dures. I then received billing notification monthly and it has been hard to get a clear explanation and was told I needed to pay again for something else which I did but still no body got back to me. I am still awaiting paid up letters and confirmation that all monies received and my contract has ended. No confirmation no paid up letters nothing. I'm just Telkoms cash ***
