Worst Network service provider ever

i have opened with Telkom a 4Mb uncapped line, of which i pay Ave: R850pm. The sad part is that i have to call in numerous times per week to have my internet reconnected, I have gone through all types of excuses and my speeds that i am receiving are as follows: Download: 0.27mbps, upload 0.36mbps , that was the lowest and the highest was: download 1.89Mbps, upload, 0,Mbps...so i have gone through, my line is not correct, and if the fault is on my side, i have to pay for the technician being sent, to the famous, they are going to reset my line, Never really fixing the problem, because a few minutes later, the network is down again, i am at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore. if i was a non-paying customer, i would expect bad service from SP, but i religiously pay my account, monthly, and this is how i get treated....please sort out this issue Telkom, i know almost all your call center staff by name.
