Worst network service ever

This is the worst network I've been with, endless issues. I bought data on Monday the 21st October 2024 via my banking app, only to realise I haven't received it. I called the call center and spoke to Zwelibanzi Moto who advised me that it will be sorted by the evening or the next day, I asked for a reference for the call he told me there is no reference. He told me that there was a technical issue and therefore the data hasn't been loaded, but apparently the technicians are working on it, but still never received any data. The next day the Tues I called again because I still haven't received my data I spoke to sinesipho and she told me the same thing and this is so frustrating because it's money wasted. If I'd been with a different network this would've been sorted out. Please get your **** in order Telkom this is pathetic service disgusting.
