worst network provider Telkom SA

I have had the most horrible experience with Telkom Mobile. I have a month to month contract with them for a 80gb day and 80gb night. I have gone to the shops in both gateway and liberty mall and have been told that the sim card system is down since the 6th April 2025 since they are doing upgrades since i lost my card. I am now trying to cancel the contract because i wont pay for data the i have not used because of their systems not working now everyone keeps transfering me to cancellations where no one is picking up the phone. I just need them to cancel my contract so i can go to a company that better understands the needs of customers. Please get them to cancel my contract i am down with them.
