Worst Network Provider in the world

Terrible ,Experience since forever.

I had an account with telkom that was handed over to thier collection and now after settling the account ,which i seem to have over payed ,having the money refunded is now a mission impossible as the goals gets shifted everyday and speak to the call center since 14th December 2022 and till date no feedback on what's going on instead a new ticket has been logged and now i have to wait another blue moon to get someone to call me or refund me.

This has forever been a disease we are subjected to as telkom customers
