Worst network provider

Telkom is the worst network provider I took a dsl unlimited data contract last month my router stopped working this month I took it in for testing they tell if it's lightening damage the warranty doesn't apply and we must pay for repairs so how is it our fault if the router gets damaged because of lightening its totally ridiculous
