Worst Network provider ever

My number has been blocked and cant even get assistance i've payed the money I was in arrears with still they cant assist instead i've emailed my proof of payment to 3 to 4 people from telkom including the collections email but still unsuccessful...its been more than 8 days now since ive payed and my number is still blocked cant wait for my contract to end and ill never fall into the same trap again...
