Worst Network provider

I am so outraged with this network, I cannot wrap my mind around how ***** Telkom is. Since day one taking out a cellphone contract amount R280- They`ve been deducting R350 for which i dont understand. Now, they have increased my spend limit to R500 WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!! I have been with all other networks and NEVER had these kinds of issues. i regret coming to Telkom thinking they will provide either better or the same services as the others. I tried calling the call centres but i never get through. Can someone please assist me
