Worst Network provider!

The most pathetic services I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are trying to relocate our Fiber service we logged a order a week ago today when I follow up on the order they tell me it has been canceled because it was captured incorrectly. I keep my cool and process a new order the line dies in the middle of processing the new call and they dont phone back they dont give a ****. When I try and phone back they phoned dropped AGAIN!
